Terms of Use
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the website luremkt.com and of LURE Hub (app.luremkt.com), both operated by Lure Digital Marketing (“Lure”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or LURE Hub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. The website is for information
The content on this website describes our services and how we work. It is general information, not an offer, a promise or professional advice for your business.
2. Our services follow your signed agreement
Our services are provided under a signed Monthly Marketing Services Agreement and the Scope of Work attached to it. That agreement sets the scope, price, term and obligations of each engagement. If anything in these terms conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
3. Refunds and cancellations
- The first month of service is a refundable trial: if you cancel during that month, we refund that month’s Lure service fee.
- Engagements have a four-month minimum commitment.
- Everything else about billing, cancellation and refunds follows your signed agreement.
- The advertising budget you pay to Google, Meta or other platforms is separate from our fees. It goes to those platforms, not to Lure, and Lure does not refund it.
4. The free audit and the free call
Our free marketing audit and the free call cost nothing and create no obligation to hire us. What we share there are recommendations based on what you tell us and what we can see publicly about your business. They are not a guarantee of any result.
5. No guarantee of results
Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, your competition, your offer, your budget and the platforms’ algorithms. We do not guarantee rankings, leads, calls, sales or any other result. Testimonials and case studies on this site describe individual clients’ experiences; your results will vary.
Lure is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google or Meta. Google, Meta and other platforms set their own rules and can reject ads, limit or suspend accounts, or change how they rank and show content. Those decisions are outside our control.
6. LURE Hub and connected accounts
- LURE Hub is the platform LURE uses to manage client engagements. Clients use it to grant LURE access to the marketing accounts the contracted services require (for example Meta business assets, Google Ads, Google Business Profile and Google Search Console) and to receive reports.
- When you connect an account, you confirm that you are authorized to grant that access on behalf of the business, and you authorize LURE to access and use the data described in our Privacy Policy to deliver the services.
- You can remove LURE’s access at any time, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Removing access may prevent LURE from delivering services or reports that depend on it.
- Your use of Meta and Google products remains subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, design, graphics and the Lure name and logo, belongs to Lure. Do not copy or reuse it without our written permission; linking to our pages is fine. Client names, logos and other trademarks shown on this site belong to their owners. Ownership of the work we deliver to clients is defined in the signed agreement.
8. Links and third-party services
This site links to and uses services run by others, such as Calendly for scheduling, Instagram, Google and Meta. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or LURE Hub, including by sending spam or false information through our forms, attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with their operation, or using them in violation of the law or of the policies of the platforms involved.
10. The website is provided “as is”
The website and LURE Hub are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that they will always be available, free of errors or up to date. Data shown in reports comes from third-party platforms and may be revised by them.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lure is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the website or LURE Hub. For clients, liability is governed by the signed agreement.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Any legal action arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
