Video Editing

A month of posts from one afternoon. Without filming again.

The work already happened. Somebody filmed it, and it is sitting on a phone. Uncut footage is not a post, and it never turns into one by itself.

Businesses that stopped waiting

The bill nobody sends

You already paid for this footage. It is doing nothing.

A bad month is easy to spot. None of this looks like a bad month. These are three different losses, from one cause, and the cause is sitting in your camera roll.

Still on the phone

The job nobody outside the driveway saw

You did the work and somebody filmed it. The before, the middle, the moment it came good. It is still on a phone, in a folder nobody opens. You paid for that twice and got nothing back.

Before they scroll

The one they scrolled past

You did post one. It opens with the van pulling up and nothing happening. It plays silent, and silent it says nothing to a person scrolling in a waiting room. They were gone before the good part.

Ten at night

The month you posted twice

You decided to take it seriously. You sat down after work to cut one, and it took the whole evening. You did it again the next week. Then a job ran late, and that was the end of it.

How it works

The hard part already happened. You just have to send it.

You show up for the first call, and after that you only send footage.

  1. 01

    A call, not a pitch.

The first thirty minutes are free, and we spend them looking. We go through what you have already filmed and tell you which of it is worth cutting, and what it would turn into. If there is nothing there yet, we will say so on the call, and tell you what to film next time.

  2. 02

Then you see the plan before we cut.

We come back with what we would make from it: how many pieces, what each is for, and where each one goes. You see that before we touch a clip. Nothing gets cut until you have said yes to the list. After that it is footage in, posts out.

  3. 03

Then it becomes a habit you do not have to keep.

After that you send footage and posts come back. You are not opening an editor at ten at night, and you are not deciding what to cut. The only thing you have to keep doing is filming, which you were doing anyway while you worked.

Deliverables

What your company actually gets.

Three things we build, and what each one changes.

  • Cutting what you filmed into something people finish

We will cut what you already filmed into posts people actually finish, with the good part at the front instead of buried, which means the job you did last month starts bringing you the next one.

  • Words on screen, because it plays silent

We will put words on the screen for every second of it, because it plays silent in a waiting room and on a job site, which means it still sells you when nobody turns the sound on.

  • Every shape you post to, ready to go

We will hand it back in every shape you post to, tall for the phone and wide for the website, with the cover picture already made, which means there is nothing left between you and posting it.

Who it works for

This only works if the work shows. Here is how to tell.

It works when what you do looks like something — a before and after, a mess made right, a thing built. It works when somebody on the crew already films, even badly, on a phone. And it works when you can keep filming, because one good week of footage runs out.

Most of your competitors film nothing, or film it and never cut it. That is why their pages are photos of a van. The one whose work you can actually watch is the one who looks like they do it every day.

In their words

Don’t take our word for it…

Three of the businesses we work with, in their own words.

My Instagram page became the cutest thing EVER! Selling vegan sweet is already a challenge by itself, but Lure came up with a strategy and art design that skyrocketed my sales, just with an Instagram page.

RafaXodó Patú

I started with Lure in January, 2026. I needed a high-converting website to be able to get more clients this tax season. I could not believe how well structured the website is. This is truly a professional crew.

SheilaReis Assessoria Contábil

I’ve been with Lure since December, 2025, no regrets. Communication is flawless, personal, my conversion opportunities DOUBLED. The fact they care about my business success is what stands out the most.
